90-Day Lash-Back Guarantee

Use comeback for 12 weeks. Take your week 0 photo on the photo card in your kit. If your week 12 photo doesn't show fuller lashes, email us both photos within 90 days of delivery and we refund your order in full. You do not need to send anything back.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Cancellations

Email us before your order ships and we cancel it at no charge.

Subscription refills

If you chose Subscribe on the 1 Kit, you can skip or cancel anytime using the link in your emails. Cancel before a refill ships and you are not charged for it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank usually posts them within 5 to 10 business days.
